About Our Client

We are recruiting for our client an Accounts Receivable Accountant immediately available for an initial 6-month period.

Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will come to help the finance team on accounts receivable subjects:

• Check customer payments by recording cash
• Participate in the collection process (send reminders by email, perform phone calls, collection agency...)
• Prepare customer statements
• Monitor the AR mailbox (respond to customers inquiries)
• Assist with closing

The Successful Applicant

The Accounts Receivable Accountant we are looking for will come with the following background and experience :

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Ability to deal with confidential information
• Strong IT skills
• Written and spoken fluency in both French and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Independence coupled with a collaborative team spirit
