For one of our clients, a small bank based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Financial Operations & Administrative Coordinator to join as soon as possible
- Entering stock exchange statements and updating the securities database.
- Manage and coordinate with the trading team
- Handling various correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Welcoming visitors and managing incoming phone calls.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent writing skills in French.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
