Description du poste :
- Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify and target potential clients that align with the company's strategic goals and values;
- Actively participate and/or initiate networking events, industry seminars.. in order to turn prospects into actual clients;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions that meet their requirements;
- Pursuing new commercial partnerships to strengthen the brand image and ensure their good on-boarding through collaboration with internal teams;
- Keep accurate records of prospecting activities, potential client and partner interactions, and progress towards new on-boarding or partnership agreements;
- Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and approaches.
Description du profil :
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position preferably within a financial institution in Switzerland or extensive Swiss network
- Bilingual/native French and Fluent English
- Excellent sens of customer service
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Swiss residency mandatory
