p>Key Qualifications:

<

p>- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required.

<

p>- Zscaler Certified preferred.

<

p>- Proven experience in supporting enterprise-grade networks, including LAN, WAN, and Remote Access Services.

<

p>- Strong expertise in managing Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 (O365) environments. 

<

p>Your Role:

<

p>As a Network and Security Administrator, your main focus will be on supporting Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA), along with managing tier-2 operations for IT telecommunications infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our network infrastructure.

p>Key Responsibilities:

<

p>- Analyze and propose improvements for:

<

p>  - Client connectivity profiles

<

p>  - Internet security policies

<

p>  - Application delivery systems

<

p>  - Streamlining operations

<

p>- Present a detailed improvement plan within the first six months.

<

p>- Deploy approved changes to production by the ninth month.

<

p>- Review, document, and measure the benefits of the implemented changes by the end of the first year. 

<

p>What We're Looking For:

<

p>- Deep knowledge of SASE and ZTNA principles.

<

p>- Solid understanding of Remote Access Services and Application Delivery technologies.

<

p>- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and how it applies to network operations.

<

p>- Experience implementing and managing Secure Access Service Edge technologies and Application-Layer Firewall policies.

<

p>- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

<

p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural team environment.

<

p>- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
