Our client is a fast-growing medtech company specialized in robotic surgery.

Description du poste :

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for onboarding and certifying new Clinical Specialists, training surgeons, nurses, and reprocessing technicians, and conducting refresher training sessions. Your contributions will empower stakeholders with the essential knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional care to customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding and Certification:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive internal training programs to onboard and certify new Clinical Specialists, ensuring they are fully equipped for success.
  • Oversee the certification process, conducting performance assessments to evaluate trainee progress.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging training sessions for surgeons, nurses, and reprocessing technicians in both dry lab and wet lab environments, as well as on-site as required.
  • Collaborate with the Training Curriculum Manager to tailor training materials and methods to meet the unique needs of different stakeholders.

Refresher & Continuous Training:

  • Design and implement refresher training programs to keep stakeholders' skills and knowledge current.
  • Facilitate ongoing training initiatives to ensure optimal performance across all levels.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and align programs with company objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Training Center Management:

  • Collaborate with fellow Training Specialists to manage relationships with Training Center owners and oversee logistics, stock, and maintenance.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain precise records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Description du profil :

Experience and Education:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device training.
  • An academic degree in a healthcare-related field or a scientific discipline.
  • Experience in the Medtech environment, particularly with laparoscopy and/or robotics, is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Resilience and capacity to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous.
