This Client Account Manager (CAM) for a key Consumer account at Deloitte, has a key role within the client relationship and Growth Development Team at Deloitte. The CAM supports the Account Leadership team and the wider global account team by overseeing day-to-day account operations and coordinating the activities across the wider Deloitte global network.

How you can make an impact

• Coordinating team activities in building multiple strong relationships with stakeholders with clients
• Developing processes to better share intelligence across the team about the client-s business, culture and people
• Working with the Account Leadership and wider global team to understand services provided and the potential for new solutions and proposals to meet client priorities 
• Converting the account plan into actionable detail
• On-boarding new account team members with detailed client knowledge and account history
• Providing ongoing support to the Account Team in defining and consistently communicating the vision and strategy for the team
• Monitoring and reporting on account financial performance
• Collaborating with internal functions in raising and resolving any risk or quality issues
• Coordinating with off-shore administrative support 

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor or Master-s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience (Client Account Manager, Junior Sales Roles, Procurement or Outsourcing Advisory, Operations management)
• Experience in interacting with Procurement organisation and overseeing contractual and commercial negotiations
• Experience in the Consumer sector and experience in another Big 4 is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and networking skills  
• Lateral thinker who can problem solve and initiate actions even with limited information
• Strong analytical skills combined with high quality assurance standards and attention to detail
• Thoughtfully manages multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Fluency in English is mandatory. French would also be an advantage
