Job Overview:
We are seeking a Content and Community Engagement Specialist to expand our digital footprint, strengthen community relationships, and support marketing efforts.
This role is vital to creating compelling narratives that resonate with golf enthusiasts and professionals while driving engagement and brand loyalty.
Key Requirements:
• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of at least 5 years of North American culture to align with the brand’s target audience.
• Proven deep knowledge of the golf industry, including terminology, equipment, and trends.
• Experience of at least 3 years in copywriting, newsletter creation, social media management, and marketing strategy in golf industry.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
• Develop and execute a strategic posting schedule for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Engage directly with our audience by responding to comments and inquiries with a voice that reflects TPT Golf’s ethos.
• Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, aligning partnerships with TPT Golf’s values.
- Content Creation
• Write high-quality blog posts and technical articles to inform, educate, and captivate the golf community.
• Develop engaging newsletters (copywriting only) for product announcements, industry news, and promotional campaigns.
• Draft compelling copy for website updates, press releases, and special campaigns.
- Community Engagement and Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and social platforms, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
• Research and pitch story ideas to smaller media outlets for potential press opportunities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with TPT Golf’s branding.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Draft creative scripts and talking points for social media and video content.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or copywriting, preferably in the golf or sporting goods sector.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to write engaging, brand-aligned content.
• A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with a knack for fostering meaningful connections.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and refine strategy.
Nice-to-Have:
• A personal interest in or experience playing golf.
• Knowledge of TPT Golf’s advanced materials and composites, or a willingness to learn.
