Data Protection Manager

For an international company in the global Agribusiness market in Basel we are looking for a Data Protection Manager (f/m/d) - temporary assignment, 100%, min 6 months

Responsibilities

• Liaising with internal OneTrust customer & technical support teams in Budapest & Pune
• Advising on all manner of data protection related queries:
• Advise & assess on reported data breach incidents & DSRs
• Support & advise on all manner of DP related assessments via OneTrust:
• a. Processing activity assessments
• b. Asset assessments
• c. Vendor qualification assessments
• d. TIA (Transfer Impact Assessment) & LIA (Legitimate Impact Assessment)
• e. AI (Artificial Intelligence) legal compliance risk assessment, in accordance with EU AI act
• Communicate with stakeholder & coordinate engagements & Data Protection related internal forums
• Coordinate quarterly data protection newsletter
• Support & promote training & awareness activities, including development of training content
• Participate as part of the Data Protection core team, contributing to ongoing successful deployment of OneTrust globally

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years data protection compliance experience
• Knowledge of DP compliance obligations & requirements (CIPP/E and or CIPP/M)
• OneTrust tool familiarity with technology
