p>Your Impact: You'll be instrumental in implementing a new ERP solution that empowers Corporate Services to excel in their fiduciary responsibilities and deliver significant business value.

p>Your Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis & Design: Analyze and design efficient business processes related to procurement, purchasing, and accounts payable.
  • ERP Configuration: Configure the ERP system to meet specific business requirements, focusing on the procurement and purchasing modules.
  • Seamless Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the PTP module and other critical ERP modules like inventory, finance, and order management.
  • Comprehensive Testing: Conduct thorough unit, system, integration, and regression testing to guarantee the system meets all business needs.
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Identify and resolve issues related to the PTP process, providing expert technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation and deliver effective training to end-users on PTP processes and system functionalities.
  • Project Reporting: Actively participate in project review meetings and provide clear and concise progress reports.

  • Several years of proven experience in ERP implementation, specifically in the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) domain.
  • Deep proficiency in ERP systems, with strong knowledge of modules related to procurement and purchasing.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and deliver engaging training.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Location: On-site in Geneva.
