Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a talented professional to join a crucial project delivering a new ERP solution for our client, empowering their Corporate Services to excel in fiduciary responsibilities and drive business value.

p>Make a real impact: You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing the Record to Report (RTR) processes within this cutting-edge ERP system.

p>Your Role:

Architect & Design: Develop and design the architecture for RTR processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.Integration Expert: Ensure seamless integration of the RTR module with other ERP modules and external systems (procurement, sales, inventory, etc.).Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation of RTR solutions.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.Integration Development: Design and develop integration components, including APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of RTR solutions to ensure they meet business needs and perform reliably.Documentation & Support: Create and maintain detailed documentation of RTR solutions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RTR-related issues.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in ERP and RTR processes, recommending improvements to existing solutions.Project Reporting: Attend project review meetings and report on progress.

p>Your Profile:

Several years of proven experience in ERP implementation, specifically in the RTR domain.Deep proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize complex business processes.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide effective training.Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Fluency in English is mandatory.Location: On-site in Geneva.
