Description du poste :
- Executive Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the CMO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Travel & Event Management: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, and plan events for the marketing leadership team, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key marketing projects. This includes tracking project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met according to deadlines.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives, such as market research, campaign tracking, and preparing data for presentations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance productivity within the marketing department.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, meeting notes, and key deliverables. Prepare regular reports on project status and outcomes.
Description du profil :
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project coordination or project management, ideally within a marketing or communications environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts or a willingness to learn is a plus.
