Experienced Nanny

About Us
We are a family of one adult and three children seeking a caring and experienced chef, nanny and daily housekeeper to join us. Our household values kindness, creativity, and open communication.

Responsibilities
 Prepare healthy meals and snacks (including for gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free and vegan diets).
 Provide attentive, loving care to three children of the age of 8, 10 and 12.
 Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational play.
 Assist with homework and school projects.
 Transport children to and from school and activities as needed.
 Communicate regularly with father about children's progress and activities.
 Maintain a safe and clean environment.
 Supervise and participate in daily cleaning and organisation.
 Handle laundry services, including washing, ironing and organising clothes.
 Manage the household administration and property security.
 Care of the property with basic household maintenance tasks.
 Care for pets (a dog).
 Acceptance of deliveries.
 Liaise with family office.
 Maintain a highly organised home.
 Maintain a high level of discretion and respect for the privacy of the employer.

Qualifications
 Expertise in diets, certificates in nutrition are an asset.
 Previous experience of at least 10 years as a nanny.
 Strong references from previous families.
 Demonstrated experience with children of different ages / siblings.
 Previous experience in service at dinners and in laundry services.
 Security conscious.
 Excellent communication skill and sensitive to emotions.
 Demonstrated experience in supporting children.
 Hardworking and organised.
 Skilled in organising and maintaining wardrobes.
 A positive, patient, and energetic demeanor.
 A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
 Familiarity with building management systems (including Crestron, Lutron and Paxton).
 Dog friendly.
 Works well under pressure.
 International experience.
 Fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
