Expérience professionnelle
In-depth strategic knowledge of business dynamics as well as tobacco business operating and regulatory environment.
Proven track record in developing strategy and driving excellence in execution across a diverse range of programs and projects.
Strong understanding of Corporate Affairs & Communications issues at market level and beyond which impact JTI commercial priorities
Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associates, and policymakers to influence regulatory decisions and stay informed about upcoming changes
Strong understanding of the risks associated with tobacco industry and the ability to develop risk mitigation strategies
Familiarity with relevant legal aspects related to tobacco industry
Working with Japanese companies and extensive tobacco industry experience are essential

Domaine de responsabilités
As a Corporate Affairs leadership team member, responsible for shaping and executing Corporate Affairs & Communications strategies across all levels, aligning them with organizational goals. Oversees Regulatory Affairs planning, ensuring integration with CA&C objectives and embedding cross-team collaboration and agility.
Drive the development and execution of global regulatory strategies for combustible and RRP categories, addressing current challenges and anticipating future trends.
Collaborate with Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing & Sales, R&D, LRA, and RRP teams to align combustible and RRP regulatory strategies with JTI's commercial goals.
Lead regulatory strategies and engagement activities, given the EU's influence on key areas such as excise, tobacco product regulation, harm reduction, and sustainability. Ensure alignment of EU regulatory strategies with global trends and foster collaboration between the Brussels team, CA&C, and other HQ functions. Partner with EU regions and markets to ensure effective implementation of EU strategies at the local level.
Identify and allocate internal and external resources, including consultants and service providers, to support the development of the Regulatory Affairs strategy. Manage and monitor Regulatory Affairs budgets to ensure efficient achievement of the company's objectives.
