For our client, we are currently looking for a Middle Office Private Equity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing and Monitoring:
- Execute and monitor private equity transactions including capital calls, distributions, and fund investments.
- Liaise with investment teams to ensure accurate and timely settlement of transactions.
- Maintain and update investment records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Portfolio Management:
- Assist in the preparation and review of portfolio performance reports.
- Coordinate with the front office to gather necessary information for ongoing portfolio analysis.
- Ensure that portfolio data is accurately reflected in internal systems and external reports.
Valuation and Reconciliation:
- Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate valuation of private equity holdings.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of portfolios with fund administrators and custodians.
- Review and validate financial statements and capital account balances from general partners.
Investor Relations Support:
- Provide support to the investor relations team by preparing reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage communication with limited partners (LPs) regarding capital calls, distributions, and other fund-related activities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management processes specific to private equity investments.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes that could impact private equity operation
Description du profil :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in middle office, fund administration, or private equity operations.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of private equity structures, transactions, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
