Financial Analyst - Geneva

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support CFO in driving strategic and financial development
- Drive projects, initiatives or key tasks within the Finance department proactively
- Build, develop and manage the company’s financial models to support cash flow projections, banks covenants analysis & reporting
- Participate to the preparation of the Performance Report including update of financial/operational forecast until year-end in accordance with stipulated deadlines
- Analyze and explain finance and operational deviations (actuals versus forecast versus budget)
- Assist on the preparation of annual budget (Balance sheet / Income statement / Cash Flow) and business planning process to ensure achievement of overall objectives
- Prepare other financial reports when necessary in accordance with stipulated deadlines
- Analyze contracts with external entities and translate them into appropriate models to ensure proper valuation in all financial projections
- Prepare management summaries, presentation slides and tools to support the decision making process on top management level
- Develop and improve standards regarding financial models and analyzing financial data
- Explore investment options and present risk and identify areas of improvement
- Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
- Establish financial policies
- Contribute to the optimization of internal procedures

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Excel modelling proficiency, autonomous, curious, proactive

NEEDED EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 3 to 4 years in an american or a london investment bank (senior associate) in M&A, debt financing, leveraged finance
- BA in Finance (MBA a plus), CFA (level 3)
