Job Description
Budgeting Process and Cost Control:
- Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with sales teams and functional stakeholders.
- Monitor monthly results compared to the budget.
- Control costs and forecast P&L/corporate lines.
- Create summary/ad hoc reports to alert executive directors in case of budget deviations.
- Propose corrective actions.
Monthly Closing:
- Actively participate in monthly close reviews.
- Ensure correct cost allocation.
- Identify anomalies and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with trainees to produce reports for markets and management.
- Prepare and present detailed management reports, including comprehensive P&L statements, variance analyses, and executive summaries.
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting:
- Compile data from various departments to create monthly management reports.
- Ensure correct cost allocation (by cost center and nature).
- Reconcile management accounts and monthly consolidated financial statements.
- Assist the FP&A Manager in commenting on main cost lines.
- Respond to management and shareholders' questions on monthly reports.
Special Finance Projects:
- Participate in strategic finance projects with the FP&A Manager and Finance Director.
- Contribute to improving financial processes and optimizing costs.
- Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and financial reporting automation.

- Competence in report creation and data presentation.
