Job Description

Leadership and Strategic Support

  • Act as the CFO's key advisor, supporting financial strategy and executive decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial insights.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategy with business objectives.
  • Prepare and support financial presentations for executive stakeholders and committees.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, challenge assumptions, and drive corrective actions.
  • Improve reporting accuracy and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
  • Bridge financial insights with non-financial stakeholders to support operational strategies.

Operational and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with financial data teams to optimize reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Partner with accounting teams across multiple locations to ensure consistent reporting and compliance.
  • Support strategic projects, ensuring financial alignment with transformation initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, digitalization efforts, and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in FP&A, financial management, or a similar role in a multi-entity environment.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and data visualization tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive financial improvements.
