Job Description
- Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations and strict adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of advanced HR systems and processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic support for HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
The Successful Applicant
- 4 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What's on Offer
Full time and permanent role with 2 home office days per week.
