Position Summary  


As a Group Compliance Risk Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing compliance risk assessments, coordinating and overseeing third-party risk management and the CARE audit process, as well as overall compliance monitoring to ensure that the organization adheres to its values, policies, and laws and regulations.


A Day in the Life of a Group Compliance Risk Manager


  • Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks within the organization
  • Evaluate company operations, processes, and systems to ensure compliance
  • Analyze data from compliance tools and audits to propose mitigation actions
  • Develop and implement compliance monitoring to ensure ongoing adherence
  • Collaborate with Nestlé Internal Audit to review audit findings and address issues
  • Lead the rollout and implementation of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) tool
  • Coordinate CARE audits, providing support to Market coordinators and following up on findings
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to provide compliance-focused counsel and improve Group Compliance reports

What will make you successful


  • Bachelor-s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field. Advanced studies or professional certification in compliance is a plus
  • Proven experience in compliance, including risk assessments, audits, and third-party risk management
  • Specific experience leading the third-party risk management process is highly valued
  • A general understanding of applicable regulations, such as the German Supply Chain Act and EU Directives, is required
  • Experience in a business environment and leading projects in interdisciplinary and global settings is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking to simplify processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered a plus
