Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced International Oil Supply & Trading Manager to join our dynamic team and develop the activities of our new Company in Geneva, Switzerland (Hellenic Petroleum Trading SA). In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of our international trading book, ensuring the efficient supply of crude, intermediate, and finished products to our Refining System. You will also be instrumental in trading our Refineries' production in international markets, expanding third-party flows, and exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Country Head for Hellenic Petroleum Trading SA based in Geneva, supervising all International Oil Supply & Trading activities of HELLENiQ.
Serve as the primary liaison between HELLENIQ and the international energy commodity markets, cultivating and enhancing relationships with key counterparties to expand business opportunities.
Develop, implement, and validate commercial strategies aligned with Hellenic Petroleum Trading SA’s risk appetite.
Collaborate with Refining, Supply & Trading teams of HELLENiQ to optimize asset utilization and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Effectively position Refining System outputs in international markets.
Drive the exploration of new opportunities, including third-party trades, crude/product swaps, and geographic expansion.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of deal execution.
Lead and mentor a team of traders and trading professionals, fostering their development and success within Hellenic Petroleum Trading SA.
Work collaboratively across the organization to support the delivery of our strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or a related field; a qualification in Management Accounting (CIMA) is a plus.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in international energy markets, with senior leadership roles in trading houses and energy majors.
Proven Global Lead roles in both Trading and Management: Hands-on lead trading expertise (physical and paper portfolio) and high-level managerial skills
Proven track record of managing and strategically developing high-performing, diverse teams across multiple regions, while driving growth initiatives.
Deep expertise in optimizing refining assets, managing global trade flows, and monetizing portfolios of third-party assets.
Extensive knowledge of global oil markets, including crude and refined product trading, with a strong focus on physical arbitrage and proprietary trading strategies.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive business growth in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
