JOB OVERVIEW
Le Régent International School wishes to appoint full-time Houseparents (Junior House), from August 2025, to lead and develop this thriving boarding house. The successful candidates will have a genuine commitment to excellence across all areas of our school community. This residential position would ideally be combined with a teaching role (subject to be confirmed) and include a pleasant and spacious living accommodation.
YOUR PROFILE
At Le Régent, we prioritise nurturing personal growth and development in our students, encouraging them to reach their full potential. As Houseparents, working in collaboration with the Director of Pastoral Care and a dedicated team of house staff, you will play a key role in the holistic education of the boarders. Acting in loco parentis, you will ensure the wellbeing, health, attitude, discipline, academic progress, and personal development of the students under your care.

You are entrusted with ensuring the overall wellbeing and success of the boys in your boarding house, providing essential guidance and support throughout their time at Le Régent.
