Our client, a consulting firm located in Geneva, is seeking an:

HR Operations Manager

Role: You will be instrumental in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our client's HR processes across their offices in Switzerland and the UK. You will lead a team of around three HR professionals, managing daily HR tasks and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards. You will report directly to senior leadership, providing regular updates and insights on HR operations.

Key Duties:

-Supervise and manage daily HR activities for the offices, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

-Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues, and escalating matters to senior management as needed.

-Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, including insurance.

- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

-Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

-Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary and wage payments.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR support across the organization.

-Provide regular reports to senior management, offering updates and insights on HR operations.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Swiss Brevet Federal Diploma in Human Resources is a strong asset.

-At least 6 years of experience in HR operations in Switzerland; additional international experience is a plus.

-Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.

-Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, hands-on mind set.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Ability to lead and motivate a team.
