Description
As an HRIS Manager and HR Projects Coordinator, you will play a key role in FIA’s HR digital transformation—leading the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR Information System (HRIS).
In addition to driving HRIS advancements, you will coordinate and support the digitalization of HR processes, ensuring alignment across multiple HR initiatives, stakeholders, and business priorities.
You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the seamless integration of technology into HR operations.
As part of a dynamic HR team, you will report directly to the Senior HR Director.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
1. HRIS Implementation & Optimization
Deployment of a next-generation HRIS, ensuring smooth integration by January 2026 (we are currently selecting the HR System to implement)
Ensure data migration and data integrity during the implementation process
Define and oversee the integration of HRIS with other corporate systems (ERP, Finance, IT)
Ensure continuous HRIS improvements, lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption, and optimize system performance
HR Projects Coordination
Track and coordinate HR initiatives
Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to leadership
Process Optimization: Formalize existing processes, enhance workflows, and develop new proceduresData Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate within HR and with business leaders to develop dashboards and analytics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and enabling business units to build customized data analytics tools
Develop and enhance HR data capabilities, strengthening reporting and analytics for better decision-making
Ensure data security, compliance, and quality (e.g. GDPR, internal policies)
Participate in data-led processes (budget, forecasting, salary review, workforce planning…)
PROFILE:
University degree in IT, HR or related field
7+ years in HRIS, HR technology, or digital transformation
Proven expertise in HRIS implementation & optimization
Fluent in English and conversational in French
Advanced skills in data analysis & data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
Visionary mindset, able to translate business needs into HR tech solutions.
Strong project management & stakeholder engagement skills
Passionate about driving digital transformation in HR
Strong team player with, open, positive, and "continuous improvement" mindset
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ongoing changes while being at ease in a multisite, multicultural environment
Effective communication is key to build trust and ensure information are shared in an effective way
