Injection Mold Designer

As an injection mold design, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to developing innovative packaging solutions for the food, health, and personal care sectors. You will work with our cloud-based CAD system to participate in international projects while being actively involved in the continuous improvement of our processes and products.

Your Responsibilities:
• Design plastic injection molds using CATIA 3D EXPERIENCE.
• Develop and optimize plastic parts according to market and customer needs.
• Create 2D drawings, assembly drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Manage the bill of materials for mold structures and integrate them into SAP-B1.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing and quality teams.
• Actively participate in the R&D of new products and processes.
• Conduct design reviews and communicate with clients to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project follow-up.
• Maintain and continuously improve our CAD database.
• Occasionally, support after-sales service, visit clients or suppliers to improve products in development.

Your Profile:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with proven experience in plastic injection molding.
• Expertise in manufacturing technologies and CAD systems, ideally CATIA 3D
EXPERIENCE.
• Experience in fluid simulation (MOLDFLOW or equivalent) would be a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP-B1.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proficient in standard software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards.
