The Role
Building on our firm's strong UK heritage and established relationships within the UK wealth management community, we are seeking a talented Investment Professional to join our Geneva office. This strategic role will strengthen and expand our existing UK client base while leveraging our Swiss platform's investment capabilities and regulatory advantages. The successful candidate will serve as the primary bridge between our Geneva investment team and the UK HNWI community, ensuring we continue to serve our longstanding UK relationships while strategically expanding our presence in this core market.

Key Responsibilities :
Attract new assets under management from UK based HNWIs
Leverage established professional and social networks in the UK to obtain referrals for new prospects and deals
Assist in finalising new investment mandates from existing prospects
Assist in the active management of client investment portfolios, including monitoring, rebalancing, and optimisation
Analyse and execute asset allocation changes across various portfolios while ensuring alignment with client objectives
Prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals tailored to client needs and risk profiles
Contribute to investment committee discussions and portfolio strategy development

Required Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in UK wealth management or private banking
Existing relationships with UK HNWIs
Established professional network in the UK including private banks, law firms, family offices
Native English speaker with deep understanding of UK business culture and regulatory landscape
Knowledge of UK tax reporting requirements.
Experience in managing capital/income segregation for UK non-domicile clients.
Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in private equity investing
Knowledge of alternative investments
Relevant professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.)
