Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, performer, music, and content clearance contracts.
• Advise on IP matters concerning content production, distribution, and commercialization across various platforms.
• Ensure compliance with IP laws and contractual obligations while balancing legal risks with business objectives.
• Provide legal guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, including event organizers and rights holders.
• Contribute to the development of policies and best practices related to IP and content rights management.

The Successful Applicant

• A qualified lawyer with a Master's degree or LL.M in Intellectual Property Law.
• Fluent in Mandarin (essential) and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• 7+ years of experience in IP law within the content, media, entertainment, or event production industries (either in-house or at a law firm).
• Proven expertise in negotiating and drafting complex IP agreements.
• Strong ability to work across diverse legal and business environments.
