We are Philip Morris in Switzerland, and we are looking for an IT Systems Analyst who will be working closely with the Manufacturing teams in Neuchâtel.
Your DAY to DAY:
- Support the deployment of new IT systems and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for IT systems to our internal customers for selected applications, ensuring compliance with standards and implementing proactive measures to prevent future incidents.
- Actively participate in the implementation of new systems and digital initiatives in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas.
- Identify opportunities and propose innovative uses of IT solutions and services to address specific business issues.
- Apply relevant principles, practices, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.
- Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures, and guidelines, as well as the efficient use of tools and technologies.
- Identify potential process improvement projects and execute on areas of opportunity to support the affiliate.
- Collect and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with relevant experts, plan, and coordinate change requests, and maintain documentation.
- Contribute to strategic thinking processes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration with additional certificates or experience in IT.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing and logistics environment.
- Experience in multinational companies, with a preference for the FMCG industry.
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database technology (MS SQL server) and experience with DB administration, SQL querying, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (API, ETL, message server).
- Exposure to GxP processes and FDA requirements (Computerized System Validation) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, network connectivity, cybersecurity, and factory peripherals (IPCs, scanners).
