IT Infrastructure Manager

Description

Advanced knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and hardware admin.
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure, including team management.

The client is a major player involved in manufacturing high-value products.

Administer, maintain, and support Level 2 & 3 IT infrastructure systems (cloud, virtual servers, backups, telecom, mobility).
Lead the Service Desk team, set priorities, and ensure top-notch end-user support.
Ensure IT operations adhere to company processes to meet SLA and organizational objectives.
Continuously enhance end-user experience, system availability, and performance in line with company SLA and KPIs.
Analyze, design, and implement new technical solutions.
Create and maintain IT documentation, including inventories, diagrams, and procedures.
Gather requirements and successfully manage IT infrastructure projects (software and hardware).
Define and maintain the IT infrastructure project roadmap.
Manage external service providers, ensuring they meet company expectations.
Provide ad hoc support to remote affiliates for IT infrastructure installation and maintenance.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Perform additional tasks as assigned, based on skills and company needs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team management.
Proficiency in French and English; German is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and hardware administration.
Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (MD365).
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions.
