For one of our clients a banking company, in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long-term mission an IT Onsite Support Analyst who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities :

As an IT Onsite Support Analyst you install configure and support PC hardware and user applications. You provide L2 Support to employees, VIP and traders. You manage User Service Requests, incident and work orders assigned to the team. You provide also support for Video Conference in meeting rooms and in trading room. You manage user equipment moves and repair's activities

Profile:

• CFC in IT
• Minimum 5 year's' experience in a similar position
• Experience with VIP
• Very good knowledge of hardware
• Very good knowledge in Office
• French and English fluent
