Junior Graphic Designer – Brand Elevation Focus

We are looking for a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) with approximately 3 years of experience to help elevate our beauty brand through modern and high-quality design.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative concepts, key visuals, and design assets for various channels (print, digital, social media)
• Design and customize Microsoft templates, especially PowerPoint presentations
• Create engaging videos and multimedia content
• Work with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce visual communication materials
• Support the development and execution of our brand strategy
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders within a dynamic matrix organization

Your Profile:

• Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Branding, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Approximately 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on brand development and execution
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and experienced in designing Microsoft templates (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Highly creative with a strong sense of modern, high-level aesthetics, especially within the beauty industry
• Experience in creating visual concepts and brand assets
• Video creation and editing skills are a plus
• Startup experience is an advantage
• Ideally experienced in working within a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
