Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager who will lead the marketing efforts for our luxury skincare brand, focusing on creating and implementing high-impact campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing initiatives, from conceptualization through to implementation and evaluation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of collaborating across teams to achieve business objectives. This role also involves managing all digital channels, from social media to email marketing, ensuring cohesive and effective communication of our brand's luxury and efficacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing as well within the luxury sector, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
Yearly and monthly strategic planning of marketing plans (Proposing marketing to boost sales)
Work closely with the product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging
Orchestrating product launches with full coordination: design, leading, implementation, and execution
Creating product launch materials that resonate with our clients
Building and implementing marketing strategy in line with HQ guidelines
Driving and overseeing content creation and storytelling, ensuring consistent omnichannel messaging
Develop creative briefs to meet objectives for public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Management and follow-up of the PR & Marketing budget
Managing and evaluating KPIs and ROAS
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, integrating new and innovative approaches to enhance the brand's online presence
Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all marketing activities uphold the brand's luxury positioning and values.

PR & Communications
Developing and maintaining media relations with Swiss Press and PR agency to showcase the brand heritage and expertise across all communication channels
Managing partnerships to enhance the brand’s image
Driving events organization: media, influencers trips
Copywriting: plan and create targeted content

Digital
Developing and implementing creative social media and editorial strategy with digital agency to maximize followers and KPIs
Identifying and engaging with influencers who align with the company values and target audience
Conducting market analysis to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the luxury skincare sector
Managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI
Managing the brand’s community management on social platforms
Driving social activation and social advertising
Building the brand’s digital brand handbook with digital agency
Implementing and managing the brand’s newsletters: strategy, creative content, copywriting, analysis
Optimize the brand's website for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization
Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging and engagement
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports on KPIs and ROI

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in marketing and PR communications, preferably within the luxury or skincare industry, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and leadership.
Creative thinking and a strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury brand standards.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and execute detailed plans.
Passion for skincare and understanding of luxury markets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with high-end or luxury skincare brands is highly desirable
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Flexible and open mind to support an evolving structure
