p>We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance their brand presence for their client.

p>Reporting to the VP Sales, you will manage content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and internal communication to support the company's objectives.
<
p>The position is located in Neuchatêl. Key Responsibilities

p>Develop and implement an integrated marketing communication strategy aligned with business goals.
<
p>Create compelling content (press releases, social media, website, white papers) and ensure consistent brand messaging.
<
p>Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, events, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.
<
p>Oversee digital marketing campaigns and optimize engagement across social media platforms.
<
p>Collaborate with internal teams to improve internal communication and employee engagement.
<
p>Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.

p>Qualifikationen

p> Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
<
p> 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in the technology sector.
<
p>Strong experience in B2B and B2C marketing, preferably in a technical industry.
<
p>Excellent English and French communication and writing skills (other languages are a plus).
<
p>Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and content creation tools.
