p>Reporting to the Medical Governance Lead Alps, you will be responsible of the Transparency project within the Alps aera (Switzerland and Austria). The recruited person will be in contact with business departments in the Alps region. He/she will also manage training in this area in order to ensure proper onboarding and audit/inspection readiness

Implement, maintain and optimize Transparency processResponsible for the yearly transparency disclosure in Alps AreaResponsible for the yearly transparency training in Alps AreaContact with Authorities in Alps Area and with internal and external stakeholdersMaterial Clearance

Source Clear Business Administrator RoleImplement and improve material clearance processEnd-user support and CommunicationsProject Management

Act as Training Coordinator in Alps, including following tasks:

Diploma in an administrative field, with experience in data collection, KPI development, and contract analysisProficient in databases, skilled at identifying discrepancies, and confident with tools like MS Office and PDF softwareFluent in English and at least one other language (German or French); able to collaborate with non-English-speaking stakeholdersStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsIndependent, dependable, and persistent, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetTeam player who can work autonomously and adapt quickly to a dynamic, distributed work environment
