Nanny

A family in Lausanne is seeking a Nanny/Housekeeper for their baby and 7-year-old son.

The role includes caring for the 7-year-old after school and assisting the mother with the newborn, starting in June the role will involve full-time care of baby and 7 year old. Responsibilities include helping with homework, driving the child to after-school activities, preparing meals, and performing light household tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children of similar ages, a nurturing demeanor, and the ability to create a safe and engaging environment. Flexibility in hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, is a plus.

In addition to childcare, the nanny/housekeeper will handle light cleaning and organization around the home, run errands, and shop for groceries as needed. A focus on preparing nutritious meals is important, and the family encourages creativity and learning through play, reading, and outdoor activities.

A driver's license is essential for school runs and extracurricular activities, and proficiency in both English and French is preferred for effective communication.
