Our client, a leading organization in their field, is seeking a dedicated professional for a 6-month engagement to revolutionize their Purchase-to-Pay processes. If you’re ready to make an impact, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Lead improvements in Purchase-to-Pay processes and ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive end-to-end accountability and ownership in your area.
- Ensure goals are met through regular KPI reviews and assessments.
- Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly supplier statements.
- Work closely with business units to promote adherence to spending policies.
- Act as a catalyst for transformation in collaboration with IT and transformation teams.
Profile
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within Purchase-to-Pay management.
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements and organizational change.
- Fluent in English, German or other Swiss languages are a plus.
- Strong IT literacy (ideally SAP) combined with excellent communication abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
