Description
For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and orthopedics, we are seeking a Senior Packaging Technology Leader.Key Responsibilities:
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Facilitate the transfer of new packaging products to the site.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Develop new packaging designs or modify existing formats for product launches, focusing on new machine format parts.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Optimize packaging formats and components to align with marketing/sales requirements, production requests, or cost reduction initiatives.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Ensure packaging specifications comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and production capabilities.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Support site packaging strategies, improvements, and root cause analyses.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Introduce new packaging suppliers.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Review packaging instructions and artworks.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Update procedures related to these activities.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Investigate deviations or product non-conformities.</span></span>
Profile:
<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span>Degree in packaging engineering or equivalent.</span></span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span>2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.</span></span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards continuous improvement.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Dynamic and curious personality, unafraid to voice opinions and bring fresh perspectives to processes.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong team player, comfortable in a cross-cultural, multitasking environment.</span></span>
</li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Interest in and inclination towards eco-design in packaging would be appreciated.</span></span>
