Position Summary

We are looking for a medical doctor to support our in-house clinical studies. You will act as a principal Investigator, coordinating clinical research projects under the Swiss jurisdiction and closely collaborating with other groups and clinical research units.

A Day in the Life of a Principal Investigator physician 

• Be responsible for the execution of our clinical studies according to the study protocols local regulations and GCP guidelines 
• Be responsible for all trial-related medical decisions
• Evaluate study volunteer-s eligibility for clinical trials
• Perform physical exams and assessments as required per research protocols
• Supervise any individual or team member to whom the Principal Investigator has delegated any trial-related duties and functions. 
• Complete all industry-required training
• Review all diagnostic reports and provide clinical direction to the study team
• Ensure safety monitoring and quality in clinical execution for in-house studies

What will make you successful

• Medical Degree with either a Swiss diploma in medicine or a foreign diploma in medicine recognized in Switzerland
• Experience as Principal Investigator in clinical research
• Deep knowledge in clinical research, preferably in nutrition
• Strong knowledge of legal and data protection matters in regards to clinical trials
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of GCP, clinical regulatory, and ethical environment
• Able to speak English Fluently, good level of French desirable
