Description du poste :

• Investment Analysis: Build financial models, conduct valuations, and create investment memos.
• Market Research & Due Diligence: analyze industries, assess market trends, and screen potential deals.
• Transaction Support: Assist with deal structuring, negotiation, and coordination.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and report on portfolio performance, supporting value creation strategies.

Description du profil :

• Bachelor or Master in Finance, economics or related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within an investment bank, corporate finance department or transaction services department of a Big 4
• Fluent in French and English
