Reporting to the Product Environment Manager, you will be the point of contact for all internal and external requests concerning user guides & printed catalogs. You will provide support for the development of packaging and accessories according to the needs. You will enrich the customer experience through more efficient print and digital tools and support the deployment of the global strategy through the product environment. This is a particularly exciting time to join the Maison as we near our 270th anniversary.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Management of the product catalogues (for external & internal use) (40%)
- Being the key contact and providing strategic thinking on product promotion tools
- Leading briefs for the various tools (internal & suppliers)
- Ensuring a constructive collaboration with internal departments (Product
- Marketing, Creative Center, Indirect Purchasing department for tenders)
- Estimating and carefully respect project budgets, monitoring orders with the support of the Product Environment Manager
User guides management (20%)
- Maintaining the competitiveness of this product tool (client-centric) by proposing improvements
- Defining the content of instructions for use for watches, proposing and implementing areas for continuous improvement
- Preparing briefs and negotiating autonomously requests for proposals with external agencies
- Coordinating their implementation with internal departments (Technical Office, Methods, Product Development, Product Marketing and Customer Service)
- Managing proofreading and translation (with markets & external agencies)
Packaging & accessories project management (40%)
- Initiating and monitoring cross-functional projects aimed at the continuous improvement of support materials relating to the product offer
- Knowing and deploying compliance guidelines on the dedicated segment
- In charge of printed & digital certificates
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in trade marketing role with an expertise in project management ideally in the printing sector
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
- Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for details
- Client centric, coupled with innovative thinking and creative approach
- Outstanding teamwork skills with a collaborative spirit
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and solutions oriented
