p>Project Assistant (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

ul>
Supporting the project management (e.g. scheduling, taking minutes)
Creation of reports, presentations and project status documents
Maintenance and management of project plans and schedules
Organisation of internal meetings and events, as well as internal communication and coordination with other areas
Organisation of UATs (User Acceptance Test), as well as ensuring the documentation of test results
Preparation of various analyses and statistics

qualifications



What you bring with you:

ul>
Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in project management
Initial experience in supporting projects and test management or in the administrative area
Knowledge of project management methods and tools
Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in organising and coordinating meetings and events
Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
