Job Description

• Structure and provide legal advice on financing transactions, including project finance, corporate finance, and asset finance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements with commercial banks, institutional investors, and multilateral institutions.
• Support M&A transactions, greenfield and expansion projects, and concession negotiations.
• Advise on hedging strategies, regulatory compliance, and risk management in financial transactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified Lawyer with 7-15 years of experience in finance-related legal positions. Previous experience in Private Practice, mandatory.
• Strong expertise in project finance, asset finance, and corporate financing structures.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Adaptable and comfortable working on global transactions across different jurisdictions.
