Activities
Develop detailed project plans with a focus on change management.
Work with diverse teams to ensure new processes and systems are integrated smoothly.
Lead project & change initiatives using structured methodologies.
Analyze the impact of changes, assess readiness, and identify stakeholders.
Design and manage communication and training programs to support changes.
Monitor and report on project management activities.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
