About Our Client

Job Description

1. Vendor Management:

   • Develop and implement a framework and methodology for managing third-party vendors.
   • Work with internal stakeholders and key departments (legal, risk, IT, finance) to execute the vendor management strategy.
   • Align with the existing Procurement Framework to maximize value, reduce risks, and improve processes.
   • Coordinate and report on vendor performance to inform future decisions.
   • Create and manage training programs on vendor management practices.

2. Process Optimization:

   • Analyze, measure, and continuously improve indirect procurement processes.
   • Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline, simplify, and automate procurement processes.
   • Track and report on procurement process lead times and enhance existing processes.
   • Introduce innovative solutions and work with strategic vendors.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or higher in project management, business, or a related field.
• Expertise in data collection, cleansing, and management, with proficiency in BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Project Management certification.
• Courses or certification in vendor and supplier relationship management.
• Experience in process-driven environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies and automation.
