YOUR ROLE

As a QA Test Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing the testing activities for a large-scale website migration project. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless transition of our client's websites to a new platform while maintaining functionality, performance, and quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful migration outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies specific to website migration;
• Coordinating all testing activities, including functional, regression, non-regression, and performance testing;
• Collaborating with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to define testing requirements and scope;
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools like Jira or equivalent, ensuring timely resolution;
• Conducting pre-migration and post-migration testing to verify data integrity, functionality, and overall site performance;
• Acting as the primary test coordinator, ensuring alignment across teams and managing the testing timeline;
• Providing regular updates and detailed test reports to project stakeholders;
• Validating that migrated websites meet business requirements and quality standards before go-live;
• Ensuring that all testing activities align with Agile methodologies and the project-s release schedule.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in website migration projects;
• Strong understanding of website architecture, testing processes, and tools;
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Zephyr, Jira, or similar platforms;
• Proficiency in functional, regression, and performance testing;
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage testing across multiple teams;
• Ability to identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and resolve testing bottlenecks;
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams;
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, familiarity with front-end and back-end testing tools and knowledge of data migration testing techniques and best practices are a plus;
• Proficiency in English and French is required.
