Job Description
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across various global locations.
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and local entities to support the implementation of global HR guidelines and initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for local HR teams, providing advice and support on HR issues or requests.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and embedding global HR projects, processes, or tools in various HR areas such as performance management and succession planning.
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects with a hands-on approach.
- Propose actions to optimize existing tools and improve HR processes.
- Collect and monitor HR data accuracy for a large employee population on a regular basis.
- Produce statistics, prepare HR reports, and conduct analyses.
- Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide advice on social law compliance topics.
- Participate in writing and implementing HR policies.
- Monitor the organization of global entities, including org charts, management teams, and HRIS implementation.
- Track new entities and ensure their proper onboarding.
- Inform stakeholders about any major changes.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and initial interviews for key local positions.
- Facilitate candidate selection for key roles.
- Participate in the global annual salary review process, implementing guidelines and relevant tools.
- Guide entities in designing remuneration systems to ensure competitiveness and talent retention.
- Monitor the performance evaluation system.
- Train local HR teams on the performance evaluation process.
- Advise local HR teams on performance management and succession planning.
- Create and deliver training on relevant HR topics to upskill local HR teams.
- Organize regular communication for managing directors and local HR teams.
- Oversee the onboarding of new local HR staff.
- Support the implementation of global HR systems.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 5 years of experience in an HR role, with a background in a global or multi-site environment.
- University degree in human resources, legal, or a relevant field.
- Experience with diverse employee populations and multi-activity environments is a plus.
- Professional curiosity and tenacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of HR management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Service-oriented personality with a team spirit.
- Efficiency, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong influence management skills.
