Job Description
Data Management
- Collect and ensure the accuracy of HR data on a monthly basis.
- Generate statistics, prepare HR reports, analyses, and relevant ratios.
Project Management
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and integration of global HR projects, processes, or tools in various HR areas (e.g., performance management, succession planning).
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects with a proactive approach.
- Suggest improvements to optimize existing tools and HR processes.
Business Partnering
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects and activities.
- Serve as the liaison between headquarters and local entities, supporting the implementation of new guidelines and initiatives, managing internal communication, and providing necessary information.
- Act as a point of contact at HQ, offering advice on HR issues or requests.
Compliance & Sustainability
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and human rights standards.
- Provide guidance on social law compliance topics.
- Assist in policy development and implement actions in line with EU requirements.
Recruitment
- Manage recruitment processes (job postings, screening, initial interviews) or facilitate candidate selection for key local positions (e.g., GM, CFO, HR).
Compensation & Benefits
- Participate in the global annual salary review process, implementing guidelines and tools, and verifying individual allocations.
- Advise entities on designing remuneration systems to ensure competitiveness and talent retention.
Performance/Talent Management
- Oversee the performance evaluation system for white-collar employees.
- Train local HRs on the process as needed.
- Advise local HRs on performance management for blue-collar employees.
- Monitor the implementation of succession plans.
Administrative Support
- Oversee the organization of entities (e.g., org charts, management teams, HRIS implementation).
- Track new entities and ensure proper onboarding.
- Communicate major changes to relevant stakeholders.
Communication and People Development
- Develop training programs on relevant HR topics to enhance local HR skills.
- Organize regular communication for managing directors and local HRs.
- Manage the onboarding process for new local HRs.
HR System
- Support the implementation of global HR systems.
The Successful Applicant
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or global HR management role.
- University degree in human resources, legal, or a relevant field.
- Experience with blue-collar employees and multi-site operations is a plus.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of HR management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong influence management skills.
- Fluency in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
