We are looking for a RoME Product Manager (m/f/d) (S)  – Greater Basel Area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and scalability of the RoME ecosystem, ensuring enterprise-wide solutions meet the needs of a diverse range of internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Provide business leadership and expertise in events & engagements, collaborating with the Solution Owner and the broader MarTech team.
  • Introduce event management industry trends to the product development team, ensuring relevance and future-proofing solutions.
  • Analyze and assess global and affiliate-specific operating models, adjusting solutions based on evolving business priorities.
  • Foster transparency and collaboration to promote trust and co-creation with internal and external partners.
  • Engage with affiliates, global, and above-country teams to support the transition from legacy systems to RoME.
  • Work closely with all product and service teams within MarTech.
  • Partner with IT and external strategic technology providers to deliver business requirements.
  • Interpret and apply regulatory, legal, safety, and compliance policies to drive the creation of harmonized business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards, including Roche’s Code of Conduct and corporate guidelines.

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Meetings & Events industry, with expertise in global and affiliate-specific business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms such as PEGA, cVent, CRMs (IQVIA/Veeva, Salesforce).
  • Experience working with technology partners and global IT teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile and SAFE methodologies.
  • Ability to oversee, manage, and mobilize decentralized networks.
  • Deep understanding of business-led, technology-driven customer engagement ecosystems.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to act independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and systemic thinking.
  • Adaptability to changing and evolving environments.
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
