Description du poste

As the Sales Director - Aviation, you will play a critical role in driving business development, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing clients while expanding the company's presence in strategic markets.

Your responsabilities :

  • Business Development: Drive client portfolio growth in target regions (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, South America); secure new opportunities with aviation operators, private owners, and government entities; deliver tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction; act as a strategic advisor supporting day-to-day operations; secure contract renewals.
  • Sales Management and Reporting: Lead the sales team to achieve targets; track performance and adjust strategies; provide regular updates on commercial activities and opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Monitor aviation insurance trends to anticipate client needs; represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and explore new markets.

Your profile :

  • 8-10 years of experience in insurance, aviation, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the aviation industry (fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, maintenance centers, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage client relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex projects.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Availibity to travel abroad
