Our Sales & (Rental) Accommodation Acquisition Managers work independently as an intrapreneur and jointly as part of an industry respected team. This role is responsible for using a strategic selling approach to market our diverse services to B & C level executives of corporations in their market territory and then to organise the delivery and maintenance of those accommodations.

*The key responsibilities of your role are as follows: *

Conduct market research to identify rental opportunities, analyse competitor offerings, and assess market conditions.

Build and maintain relationships with Accommodation owners, landlords, and developers to create a network of rental providers.

Generate new business by identifying and developing opportunities with corporate clients, using consultative selling approaches.

Negotiate rental agreements with Accommodation owners, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Evaluate and match client accommodation needs with available rental properties, providing tailored solutions.

Monitor rental market trends and adjust acquisition strategies to align with client needs and market conditions.

Coordinate the rental process from Accommodation acquisition to client move-in, ensuring smooth execution of agreements and preparations.

Manage Accommodation portfolios and track performance metrics such as occupancy rates, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Maintain up-to-date client and Accommodation information in CRM systems, ensuring accurate data for decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams to align rental acquisitions with client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.

Continuously monitor profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for growth within the rental portfolio.

Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and generating repeat business.
