We are looking for a scientist to join our preclinical development team for Bioconjugates in Visp, Switzerland. In our team, you are responsible for the planning and execution of laboratory experiments and you collaborate closely with project teams on early-stage programs. Compensation programs that recognize high performance. What you-ll do: Plan, perform and document laboratory experiments. Evaluate data for the preparation of reports or presentations. Provide scientific support to lab technicians to ensure scientifically sound execution of experiments. Support project leaders in the planning and organization of projects and experiments. What we-re looking for: BSc. or MSc. degree in chemistry, biotechnology or a related field. Good understanding of general laboratory routines. A completed apprenticeship as a laboratory technician, along with a university degree adds significant value. Experience in bioconjugation, protein handling, protein chromatography, is a plus. Sense of accuracy, quality, and initiative. Very flexible, reliable, and proactive with strong team work skills. Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic; solution-oriented.
